At Durée & Company, I supported digital strategy and content execution across a diverse client portfolio, managing the agency and clients' accounts on various social platforms, contributing to editorial content, and analyzing performance across campaigns. This experience strengthened my ability to balance storytelling and analytics in a fast-paced agency environment, reinforcing how public relations and digital media work together to drive cohesive, audience-first brand narratives.

Objective: 

Support and execute audience-first digital strategies that strengthen brand positioning, increase visibility, and align social storytelling with broader public relations and marketing objectives across a diverse client portfolio.

Role:

Supported agency-wide digital strategy and execution by managing and growing the social presence of multiple client brands simultaneously. Led platform-specific content development, visual storytelling, and brand voice execution across owned channels, while contributing to integrated public relations efforts through editorial content, press releases, and campaign reporting. Applied performance insights to balance creative storytelling with data-informed decision-making across more than 10 active client accounts, reinforcing cohesive brand narratives across social, editorial, and earned media.

Highlights: 

  • Managed social media strategy and execution for a broad portfolio of clients across industries, including luxury residential real estate, commercial real estate development, construction, legal services, automotive groups, hospitality and fine dining, cannabis brands, and nonprofit and business associations, demonstrating adaptability across distinct audiences and brand voices.

  • Oversaw content creation, account management, and publishing across multiple platforms for 10+ clients concurrently, ensuring consistent brand standards while tailoring storytelling to platform norms and audience behavior.

  • Produced original photo and video content and supported editorial initiatives through blog writing and press releases tied to events, launches, and brand milestones.

  • Contributed to the development and execution of digital brand strategies, including visual identity and social positioning, supporting cohesive, audience-first storytelling across campaigns.

Strategy Without Silos 

While at Durée & Company, I managed social media strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of client accounts spanning multiple industries, requiring adaptability in brand voice, audience targeting, and platform strategy. This work involved translating distinct brand narratives into cohesive, platform-native storytelling while balancing varied business objectives, audience behaviors, and content formats, further strengthening my ability to steward multiple brand identities simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment. Brand Love: The Importance of Incorporating
Culture in Hispanic Branding

Developed an editorial blog for Hispanic Heritage Month that explored the role of culture in Hispanic branding, drawing on original academic research to examine how tradition, family, and cultural identity shape brand affinity. The piece was produced in both English and Spanish to support accessibility and reach across bilingual audiences, reinforcing the importance of culturally informed storytelling in brand and editorial strategy.

Authored an editorial blog examining how advertising and public relations work together to strengthen digital brand strategy, with a focus on the complementary roles of paid and earned media. My piece explored how this integration is especially effective in moments of crisis management and social media amplification, highlighting the value of cohesive, cross-channel storytelling in building resilient brand narratives.

Supported Durée & Company’s brand refresh by translating the updated visual identity across digital channels. Contributed to updating social media content and account presentation to reflect the firm’s evolved look and tone, and developed reusable brand assets, including Instagram highlight covers and a style guide to ensure consistency and continuity across ongoing content and platforms.
